We’re a fast-growing startup in the cloud computing space. We believe that while cloud platforms are functionally great and quite powerful, they are built on legacy software and are irritably inefficient (and expensive!). Based on award-winning research and open-source tech, we have built Unikraft Cloud, a next generation cloud platform that allows for order-of-magnitude better efficiency, performance and security.

If you’re passionate about cloud infrastructure, love solving real-world problems, thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies we want you on our team!

What You’ll Own

  • Foundational GTM Systems: Build and own the scrappy-but-scalable systems that power early customer acquisition. Think CRM workflows, outbound automation, and landing page experiments.
  • Founder-Led Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the founders and Chief of Staff to build sales tools, craft outreach collateral, and accelerate the sales cycle with automation and insight.
  • Full-Funnel Experimentation: Launch fast, measurable experiments across the entire funnel.
  • Tooling & Integrations: Connect the dots across our product, marketing, and sales stack. Whether it’s Zapier/n8n scripts, Clay tables, custom GPTs, MCP, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in marketing, sales and analytics tools such as HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Amplemarkets, Lemlist, Koala, HotJar, etc.
  • Sales Expertise: You know how the best startups in the world do prospecting, qualification, outreach, salesops, content creation, and funnel optimization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to code/script/automate your way through a problem. Some familiarity with Python / JavaScript is desirable but not strictly necessary. Did you build a n8n setup or a Clay table you think is cool? Did you find a nifty trick to identify high-intent leads in a previous role? Let us know about that!
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize growth strategies.
  • Startup Enthusiast: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. Learning as you go is a key factor to succeeding in this role.

Mindset

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, analytical mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for building reliable, high-performance systems.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and environments. We move fast.

Why This Role is Career-Defining

Unikraft isn’t maintaining legacy infrastructure, we’re inventing a new class of it. As QA/Infra Engineer, you’ll build the safety rails for some of the most novel cloud primitives in existence. If you thrive at the intersection of systems, automation, and quality, this role puts you at the heart of it all. Your work will ensure Unikraft runs reliably under extreme conditions—at the very edge of what’s technically possible.
